Nuozone specialises in the design and manufacture of high power density ozone generation units and have developed electronics with a resistive factor of 1 (cos Φ ), achieving the maximum output per watt without significant power loss. The small footprint electronics drives a double barrier discharge electrode generating 5 or 10 grams of ozone and more from ambient air.

We are not aware of any of any product of similar size and cost that can achieve the same output and performance.

Nuozone manufacture ozone generating modules for system manufacturers. The waterproof modules can be used in areas of high humidity without affecting the lifespan of the electrode.

The design is modular and can be mounted in a variety of positions. These modules are ideal for HVAC systems, laboratories, hospitals, restaurant extract, duct disinfection systems, fire and flood.

Nuozone also manufacture portable ozone and ozone decomposition machines which can be made available in corporate colours to bulk customers.

Nuozone has the technology and expertise to design and construct OEM machines to customers particular needs and specifications. Recent commissions include a portable 10 gram/hour ozone generator using only ambient air, that is fully automatic with a PLC controller and full facilities to subsequently and automatically remove the generated ozone from the area using a catalytic filter.
